Disappointed service

I passed out and could not walk or talk. I was charged R4000 for a script for efferflu. I went back to hospital to ask what happened to me and how I was treated. No one could answer me. They do not care about there patients. I asked if I can speak to a manager or doctor who assisted me but no avail. They did not even want to show me my record or notes.
