Denied Right to see Specialist

I am Vanessa Matiti. On Friday at about 14H00 I called an ambulance through Polmed. They were on time. I did not wait long in pain. I was in severe back pain, so they took me to Melo-med Tokai, the nearest service provider. Upon my arrival, they informed the staff about my condition , and Dr Khaki (name given to me by one of the male nurses) sitting where she was sitting a distance, asked me why I decided to come to the emergency services that time while I had an appointment with the spine specialist. I told her I have been in pain since the early morning and persevered through the day and I could not wait any longer, as the appointment was 16H20. She asked if she should give me pain medication and then go up to the specialist. I said whatever she sees will work, and she can't call Dr Sulaiman to attend to me in an emergency, she said no. She then said she would call Dr. Sulaiman the specialist that I had to see. She called him. And she asked me what happened that made me come to the emergency room instead of going to Dr Sulaiman. What made me come to the emergency and do you even have funds to pay Dr Sulaiman? And Dr Sulaiman says you don't need surgery and the last neck scan was not that bad. My reply was, what makes people come to the emergency room, yes I do have funds to pay Dr Sulaiman. This conversation is happening while I am in the passage in pain and she is sitting far away from me with the ambulance staff and the emergency staff hanging around. I found the whole conversation offensive and insulting as I was there for pain, not surgery or scan inquiry. She later told the ambulance staff to transfer me to a bed, so I can get pain medication. I was upset about the questions, in the pain that I was in. I was never asked those questions before as it was not the first time I was at the emergency room for pain. I asked the Dr why she was asking me all those questions instead of attending to my pain, she said Dr Sulaiman said she must ask them. I told her I think she should have used her common sense and not asked me the stupid questions but assist me, so I will be able to honor the appointment with Dr Sulaiman. I got in a panic state and she said she can't send me up to Dr Sulaiman like that. She insinuated that there is something else that put me in the state I was in as the pain medication should have taken the pain away, but I was still in pain, I told her yes there is , is the pain that does not seem to stop as I am tired of taking medication. She asked me if I was on depression medication, I said I was, but stopped as per Dr Moodleys' instructions. She left for a while and came back saying Dr. Sulaiman suggested that I see a psychiatrist and psychologist, I told her I am already doing that. She asked me their names, but I did not reply. She left and came back, suggesting admitting me, I rep**** that I am considering it but as long as you are going to refer me to another specialist, not Dr Sulaiman. She admitted me under Dr Sulaiman. I informed the nurses that I made the request of being referred to another specialist, and they said they are aware of the request. Around 11 a sister came to ask me about my request and I explained to her, she left and a Mr Sandile came to ask the same question, and I explained again. He told me since I am admitted under Dr Sulaiman it makes it difficult for the other specialists to take my request. I then requested to be discharged. He said will call Dr Sulaiman, he came back saying Dr Salainman is referring me to a psychiatrist Dr Williams. I said hell no, he did not even attend to me, how does he get to that conclusion? Dr Sulaiman called and asked to speak to me telephonically, he asked me how I am, I told him in physical pain not emotional or mental pain, I am going home. I was discharged in pain still and my right request to see another specialist was not respected.
