Compliments to porters at Melomed Gatesville

My dad had to go for surgery on Monday (2/3/2015) at Melomed Gatesville, but due to a hick-up with the WCA claim number, surgery had to be cancelled and he was rescheduled for Tuesday (3/3/2015). The admin staff working at admissions, was very friendly and helpful in trying to sort the problem out for us. He was admitted on Tuesday without any problems. I just have to compliment the porters in particular. They were all neatly dressed, very helpful and friendly. My dad was discharged late on Tuesday evening (more or less 20h30) and was a bit nauseated as an effect of the anaesthesia. The moment we stepped out of the lift, my dad wanted to vomit and the porter ran to grab him a dish and cloth to clean up. My dad's eye patch was a bit loose due to his sweaty forehead and the porter went to fetch him a piece of plaster to fix it up. They even let me fetch the car and waited with my dad, so that I can pick him up at the door. I did not even ask for that specific porter's name, but those little deeds, did not go unnoticed. That guy is a very caring person and a big asset to the company. I must say, nothing looked like too much to do for any of the porters at Melomed Gatesville.
