Complaint of Negligence and Unsatisfactory Experience at Melomed Private Hospital - Bellville

My sister was admitted in hospital yesterday. 1. To this moment she still is at the trauma section ans not in the ward. 2. She only managed to bath at my arrival which was 13:30. She has been asking the sisters for bath/shower facilities since the morning. 3. Her sheets were only changed at my request. That is again 13:30 4. She hasn't seen the doctor the whole day to get feedback on the test taken yesterday or any feedback there off 5. After showering, the dirty gowns and towels that she was using are still next to her bed.

Instead they gave her a stupid lunch bag with petty treats, bribing her foe the shortfalls.

It's a pitty that transferring her to better facilities will be an inconvenience to both of us, coz I am closer to the hospital now.

If I did not get there, I bet she was going to be in those dirty sheets and gown whole day. I have pictured to prove the negligence
