Complaint

I am a Registered Nurse, with less then 10 years clinical experience; below i state my unpleasant experience today working as an agencg RN at Mitchells plain Melomed. First I must recommend the day shift that worked in ICU 7th floor last weekend 15,16 and 17 January 2021 , Sister Vani and her team, they are real team players and highly professipnal , the below messge explains my grievance with a particular professional working there today 23 January 2021.. 'Greetings, may i please be cancelled for today and onwards at Melomed Mitchells Plain from today and onwards, I had a rather terrible incident this morning with a RN that goes by Sister Klein who addressed me in a rather unprofessional way, yes I do have ICU exposure but not Ventilator care competent, my forte is Trauma and emergency where i was able to assist Drs with intubation and stabolilisation of a patient, so now i thought i'd gain a bit of learning in iCU and how to care for patients in ICU as much as i am not trained in ICU, I do jot appreciate being addressed unprofessionally whereby one will be talking but walking away from me in a high tone for staff, subordinates and even patients to hear, I am aggrieved by the above mentioned RN's conduct. I understand that the whole world is fighting a pandemic, I thought i'd lend a hand to alleviate the burden as I am not in clinical practice but nuraing admin; turns out I actually add to the burden accorfing to the above mentioned RN, so I would appreciate placement anywhere around Cape Town besides Melomed hospitals, I am willing to lend a hand with whatever skill I have and willing to go the extra mile and learn, as I am a fast learner, i shall also inform the latter hospital of this particular RN's conduct.
