billing for Dr negligent

Good day <br> <br> I was admitted to trauma unit Melomed private hospital at Mitchells Plain on the 15th of January 2015 and I discharged on the 16th of January with prescribe medication by the Dr that was on duty that night. I went home after seeing gynaecologist. Later that evening I took medication and after that I had a short breath and I realise it could be one of the tablets I got from hospital I called ambulance and to be rushed to hospital and if I didn't have a nebuliser at home maybe the worse could have happen to me and I end up in same hospital only to find out the pain tablet is the reason I had the short and I also developed rash on my legs and my arms and I heard the doctor on duty talking admitting if I don't get better but later change his mind when he saw rash disappearing and my breathing was getting better. My problem now is they have a records stating reaction in certain medication that contain esprin yet the Dr prescribed tablet in same category as esprin and my medical aid has to pay for their mistake. Its not the first time they did this to me so I want hospital to take responsibility for the 16th of January it wasn't my fault but the Dr who gave the medication
