Bad service I will never come here ever God forbid

My daughter felt sick took her to Melomed Private Hospital in Bellville we were later transfer to Gatesville melomed private hospital were they are currently admitting her she might have an operation On arrival here they let me go with her to the room then start telling me OK mam the paperwork is done so you can go wait downstairs in ground floor I asked can't I stay with her they sed no my daughter can talk for her self and do everything for herself so I'm not needed there I now start telling the nurse but this is my child is it your child how can you know wot she can do and not do in her condition the nurse sed she will call her manager the manager now call me I go to her she sed mam you can't wait inside the room because it's I female room and yiur daughter is 16 I now tell the manager my daughter is 13 not 16 and I will discharge her and rather go to i public hospital we're I will be treated better I thought private hospitals do cater for parents with minor kids I'm not happy at all had to sit on ground floor were it's so cold from 12am until now 5:48 I feel like I don't belong here bad service really my heart is broken they told me I'm I visitor that I'm not allowed in the room
