Bad service from a so called private hospital

Yesterday my brother who is diabetic was taken by ambulance to Melomed in Bellville. He arrived in the morning, I got there around 12 and he was at casualty. He was sent for xrays on the 1st floor, he laid in his bed right in the passage for almost 2 hours! No one helped or said anything up until i called one of the nurses, only then he was assisted only cause I complained. After that he was taken back to ER. I sat in the waiting room for 2 more hours, waiting as the nurses said they'd get back to me, still no feedback! I eventually went in to ask, and I was simply told they don't know what's happening. Eventually a doctor came and said he will be sent to ICU but they are sorting out beds. I left close to 5pm to get his things at home. Came back at 8pm and only then did they take him to ICU, how does a person in an emergency stay the whole day waiting for a bed? Why can't he be sent to a hospital with a bed if that's the case? Up to now since yesterday he has not received the xray results, and the doctor will only see him in the afternoon. Yesterday I had to call a nurse just to change his drip coz it was done and his blood was being sucked into the tubes. How is such negligence?
