Bad service

i have received an sms on the 02/10/2019 saying that my medical aid declined the claim . I called the hospital today on *** it was on the sms and person should talk to Fazlia, i spoke to her about this account she was very very rude , shouting at me and had no professional manner at all . I am very disappointed to be treated like this by a human being and i am sure she is older than me . She needs to learn on how to talk to me people as i am not her child , yes my medical aid declined the bill but that doesn't give her the right talk to me like that , i called the to find out on how to pay this amount not be Insulted .
