Bad service

Was admitted to Melomed RichardsBay with my 8 month old son on Friday 05 November 2021. On Saturday the cleaning lady told me that I must clean up after using the bathroom mind you I hadn't taken a shower and when I checked the cleaning roster the one that was there was from October. I didn't argue with her just told her no problem. On Tuesday a nurse came to give my son meds and he was crying when she tried to use the drip line for antibiotics I asked her to please check it for me since he seemed to be in pain, the nurse flat out ignored me carried on doing what she was doing and left. Yesterday when we were being discharged and they took out the drip my son had a rash and it seemed like his skin was peeling Off I called the sister in charge and the only thing I was told was "we are sorry it happens" and they apologized on behalf of the nurse saying it happens that children get a rash from the bandage. I am completely unhappy with their service and I do not think I will ever use their services again especially cause I had come with one problem only to leave with another that I had to pay for.
