Assistance 2 hours after scheduled appointment

My wife and I have been visiting Melomed bellville for her pregnancy checks. Each time we come for a check up for a scheduled appointment, we always have to wait at least 1 hour. For the most part, it has been 2 hours. No one gets up to inform you of reasoning or related, you only receive info if/when you ask/complain. They asked my wife to change her appointment time one day because they had a gap so that Doctor could finish off early that day
