Arrogant receptionist

Good day,

I am an SAPS member, I visited your Mitchels Plain branch on 2024-12-29 to admit a colleague of mine that fell from a vehicle that was chasing a hijacked vehicle.

My colleague fell on his head and bruised his arms and god knows what.

We were welcomed by a rude receptionist by the name Zeenat Achmat, who told us that she cannot admit my colleague because she needed to see if the IOD paperwork is in order, she told us that we must get the paperwork before she can do anything.

In other words in your organization SAPS members must wait for papers and die before they can be assisted?

Please I need an urgent feedback on this matter and your above mentioned receptionist is not supposed to be the face of your patient she is unwelcoming
