Appalling Customer Care

I am extremely disappointed and irate with the service received by Mr. Tshabalala in the Medical High Care ward at Melomed Tokai. Firstly, getting a straight answer is nonexistent different nurses give inaccurate information, I struggle to get through to the ward and my call keeps getting dropped. Mr. Tshabalala is extremely arrogant and doesn't listen properly making his own assumptions and keeps interrupting me. Shocking client service i hate to think how patients are treated if their concerned family members are calling regarding enquiries.
