Poor quality pants that develop holes along the flimsy stitching, send your money elsewhere

I bought demin mid/low waist shaping pants from the online store 4 months ago. These pants have developed holes along the stitching around the crotch area and aren't even worn daily, I wear these pants 3 to 4 times a month and hand wash them only after the second wear following the care instructions provided with my purchase. As a result, they are unwearable after 4 months of limited use! They are the correct size and fit quite comfortably with some extra room to spare. I am very disappointed in the poor quality of these pants and had been planning to purchase more as they are actually very flattering, but the quality is very disturbing for me. I am extremely disappointed. I bought these as my "special occasion" jeans. I would rather have bought some "booty enhancing" pants form a well known brand like Sissy Boy, Levi's or Guess. I had some from Guess that lasted me several years and were extremely flattering.

The response from the store below was equally as disappointing (it seems they have had issues with tearing in the crotch in the past if they are replacing their pants with a "better model". Also they offer discount voucher daily as their selling strategy so their offer is irrelevant in my opinion):

As to the pants (this stands for all shaping pants brands not just ours).

We hear you and sorry that happened to you.

They are unfortunately made from a more delicate material and not a hardy like typical denim or hardier pants type. We are not able to make the pants shaping/***y and tough/ durable at same time. That being said our pants are of a high quality for the industry and above the typical standards. We have a very high satisfaction rate of over 97.8%.

Going forward we have made some adjustment to our pants that will improve them beyond ours or any other shaping brands out there. New adjustments include reinforced crotch with different seam all together. It will also have additional support features and seams around the waist area. New styles will only be sold as the older stock runs out though, so a phased process.

We know it's frustrating
