Order #11050 – 18 Weeks Waiting & No Response from Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my order #11050.

I placed and paid for my order on 2 May for:

Melody Shaping Pants Regular Mid Waist – Light Blue Denim × 1 Melody Shaping Pants Regular Mid Waist – Dark Blue Denim × 1

Total paid: R1,436.00

At the time of placing the order, I was advised that delivery would take 4–6 weeks. We are now approaching 18 weeks, and I still have not received my order.

What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update, yet I have received no response or meaningful explanation regarding the status of my order.

I have ordered from this company multiple times in the past and have supported them as a returning customer. That is why this experience is particularly disappointing. I understand that delays can happen, but 18 weeks with no order and no response to multiple emails is simply unacceptable.

At this stage, I would like a clear answer as to where my order is and when it will actually be delivered.

If the items cannot be supp****, then please be honest and arrange a full refund of R1,436.00. After waiting this long and receiving no communication, I believe that would be the respectful way to resolve the matter.

I hope this complaint receives the response that my emails have not, and that Order #11050 is resolved without any further delay.
