Melody South Africa Very Shocking service!

I placed an order with Melody Clothing in December 2025 and I still have not received my order, my story is the same as many others I see on hellopeter.

After my 9 week pre order waiting time, they respond with things such as shipment delays due to a hurricane, then after that operational backlogs and manufacturing delays and this response was sent to me in January 2026.... but go on to their Facebook page today 28/04/26 and they are having clearance sales...so how does that make any sense?

It was my first time ordering from them, and they are not cheap so how does one get a response out of them? They don't respond to email or whatsapp correspondence anymore. Someone at this company needs to take responsibility because this is not okay. Taking people's money and not delivering the goods but advertising on facebook as if they have all the stock in the world.. Its disgusting.
