**** THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY !!

I ordered two brooms w/built in comb on Sept 11, 2020 - I still have not received them and everytime I reach out to the company for a refund or to find where my products are, I get a generated email stating:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for ordering with us again. Your order is under processing at the moment, once the tracking no. is ready , will notice you by email or sms.

Shipping takes 3-6 weeks, depending on location. Some distant areas may take longer. But we will send it to you safely.

Factors such a delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. Please note that the tracking number might not be updated for a certain period when the parcel is being shipped internationally and is completely normal. Please let us know if you have more questions. Thank you."

They never answer my question about where my order is and or if they can refund my money. No phone number to reach them at - VERY POOR SERVICE OVER ALL
