We ordered fertilised broiler eggs from Melo Trading and paid a delivery fee

We ordered fertilised broiler eggs from Melo Trading and paid a delivery fee. They did not deliver eggs to the value of R1200 inclusive of a courier fee of R200 coming up to a total of R1400. We have called them numerous times and they have not provided feedback about a refund or us getting the eggs. This is appalling behaviour from this business. When I read their reviews online I see that they have possibly ****med other customers. Almost a month later we have no broiler eggs, the 360 eggs would have hatched and we have lost revenue of over R30 000 because in 6 weeks our business would have sold the broiler chickens. I give this business a zero rating and urge customers not to use them as they might be ****med.
