No customer service

I have phoned 5 times in two weeks, trying to get another pair of trail lenses. You are not my choice of optometrists, forced to go to you because of the medical plan I am on. The person I managed to speak to on 14 Aug said they haven't submitted the claim to medical aid because I have already paid the levy?
