Unhappy Customer

Dear Melissa's,

Trust you are well today.

Yesterday I passed your store in the Waterfront before departing for a media trip in Robertson. I did not have breakfast, so I decided to pop in and purchase a quiche for the long trip ahead.

When I entered the tour bus, to eat my bacon and tomato quiche, I realized that the quiche was ice cold! What an unpleasant texture on my palette! It was horrible! I threw away more than half of the quiche because it did not taste right.

Two hours after consuming the quiche, I started throwing up. I did not eat anything before or after the quiche, so it could not have been anything else. Obviously, it was not made fresh. I spoke to a friend who manages a coffee shop in the Waterfront, she informed me that the quiches are out in the store the entire day.

Such a terrible experience! In future, please inform the customer that the quiche was not made fresh on the day and also tell them to heat it up. It doesn't taste nice when the quiche is cold.

I will certainly think twice before visiting your store again.

An unhappy customer,

Megan
