Terrible disgusting Management behaviour

I am utterly disgusted with Melissa's not wanting to serve me a glass of water with my other drinks at Mellissa's Waterfront Cape Town! Extremely arrogant of them to use the water restrictions as an excuse! After confronting the manager the lady about it, her excuse was she's trying to prove a point and therefor wil not serve a glass of tap water because of the drought. When I said that I do not drink bottle water and would like a glass of normal water with my order, she started yelling on top of her voice and waving her hand touching my arm. I said to her please don't touch me again where she completely lost it! I hope the owners of Melissa's sees this and adres this immediately!
