Poor service

I informed the waitress that I will be taking a seat outside. Even though she knew I was there and walked past me twice while serving other customers, I left after 10min without being attended to. This wasn't even during the lunch rush. I would hate to think what the service is like when that place is busy. I went around the corner to the bay cafe where I received prompt and friendly service and a fantastic meal. Will definitely never go to Melissa's nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
