Terrible Customer service and feedback

Have been supporting this laundry shop for quite some time. I received clothing back from this place with Jik stains on some of my clothing. Reported the matter via calls, whats app,facebook and by visiting the shop in person. Owners just dont care to get back to us with a solution. Its been months now! Pathetic customer service.
