Good Service turned Bad

Has been with service for almost a year and in the beginning every time an item or 2 was short, but it got better. The owners are very nice people and always helpfull... Up until a month ago when I had a winter blanket washed and it was returned still smelling musty. Everyday for 3 weeks I was promised it will be picked up and rewashed...I finally got the message Andre....it would have been easier if you could have just told me you don't want to do it instead of stringing me along.
