Worst customer service

At the end of January I bought a pair of shoes from Melissa in Eastgate. The second week in February part of the bow came out. I took it to the store who said they would fix it. When I got it back a week later there was glue all over it and the bow was still not fixed. I told them I would not accept it and they said they would send it to their factory to look at. I finally got it back 2 weeks later. The bow was fixed but there was still glue on the shoe and I complained again. I was then told they would give it to the owner of Melissa to look at. 3 weeks later she phoned me. The most disgusting call I had ever received. She told me that I was being difficult and it didn't matter if there was glue on the shoe- if I could wear it then she said it was fixed. Her comparison: if I my phone breaks and I take it to get fixed and it comes back with glue all over it but it works then it's fixed!! Seriously?! How is that customer service? She then told me that I'd never be happy with a fixed shoe as all I want is a new pair. This is far from the truth as right from the beginning I asked if it could be fixed not replaced. I even offered to meet her to show her what I was not happy about but she refused and told me I must just be happy with what I get.

The WORST service I have ever received. Never mind that it's been almost two months since I first asked them to fix my shoe and I still don't have it. I have never been spoken to so rudely before especially by the owner a business!!

What amazes me me even more is that when a friend of mines shoe did the same thing and she emailed them about it (she bought it online) they sent her a brand new pair within 2 days and only picked up the broken pair two weeks later. Why were we treated differently? And how is this treating the customer fairly?! Maria- you really need to learn how to be professional and listen to your customers. Without customers you won't have a business
