I have used Mellisa before for buying products from her but the last time I did, I did not get my products. I placed an order on 17 Novemeber 2025, to teh value of R1000 and another R150 for to add somthing on top of that order. on 18 November, I also realisised i made a mistake with my address. and she said she will call the courier to change it. Leaving my under impression that it has been send. on 19, 20 and 21st of November i wanted to know which courier she used and asking for tracking details. She rep**** only on the 21st of november and said she will check and send it. when i asked when it was send out she said yesterday. On the 22nd of November when i asked for feedback, her "mom" rep**** on her phone saying she is in hospital and cant have her phone with her. on 24, 25 November i asked for feedback and no reply. On 26 November she rep**** on her own phone saying she still be in hospital for a day . On 1 december she rep**** again. i did ask for the tracking details and then she asked for my bank details. i did give it to her. then she said they did not had stock. I kept reminding her in a very nice way for the refund and up to till day i still havent gotten it. She now ****s people out of thier money. Please be careful. She has no intention to pay it back or give you any products. She goes by the name Melissa Maryke Jacobs Terblanche She sells Hair products, Adult toys, The Autobiography Strategist
