Worst online shop ever

Best online shopping experience my ass... More like the WORST online shopping experience ever.

I placed an order on 14 August. Got no feedback other than the order was paid for. Emailed on the 20th to inquire when it will be delivered. Got a reply via email that parcel WILL be delivered on 28 August. 30th August I sent a mail to inform that there was no delivery. No Response. Phoned 2 Sept and was promised that I would be contacted. No Contact. Phoned 3 Sept, same promise. No Contact. Today I had enough and fought with the receptionist to get me someone to talk to. Was called within 5 minutes, only for this person to tell me that my parcel will be picked up today. This is unacceptable. This was bought as a birthday gift for 5 Sept. It was bought well in advance (within the shipping time stated on your website).

I don't want a refund! I WANT MY PARCEL DELIVERED TODAY!!! Would give you 0 stars if I could

So they delivered my parcel, AFTER my daughter's birthday. Took them 17 days to ship and item. I would probably not have gotten anything if I didn't go public on any and all platforms. I have since been blocked from their FaceBook page because I was warning others against using this useless company. Luckily one just needs to search for them on FaceBook to see how poor their service really is, so blocking me and removing my comments will not help them.

REALLY useless company and I will NEVER use them again. They don't even deserve the minimum 1 star rating. If I could give them -100 stars I would have.
