Unreliable Melhor

I attempted to purchase a guitar online last year and paid for the item on the 7th November 2019. I was advised that the item is not available and that I will be refunded. It is now 3 ½ months later and several emails later and still I have not received the refund. All communication to their offices is ignored. Do not buy from them, they are not reliable!!
