*****s....took my money and still waiting fot credit on account!!!!!

If I could give a zero star I would. Bought a Ben 10 Rust Bucket on their site 15 October.Waited 7-10 working days as stipulated from the company.Then when I phone they just said you will receive notifications on when your product will be arriving by end of the day....well 3days later still nothing. Phone them back and then they told me they have problems with the supplier....mean while back at home I am promising my son his toy because it is for hard work reward.They told me they will credit my Mobicred account and it takes 72 houers this was on the 28th of October.Phoned again to ask when will my money be credited and sill can't get a clear indication. Meanwhile I had to pay interest and a monthly premium on my mobicred account for a toy I DON'T HAVE.Waited yesterday for the manager to phone me.....well still waiting.Never ever ever will I support your site again!!!
