Terrible, DO NOT ORDER FROM MELHOR

I placed and paid for an order 16 working days ago and have not yet received a tracking number. Needless to say my order has not arrived within the promised 15 working day delivery time. I have sent 5 emails and attempted 2 online chats, with zero response. Dialing the supp**** telephone number results in a couple of rings, followed by a busy signal. Terrible service. They were quick to accept my order and money and supply an invoice and then nothing. No service, no product. Only disappointment. Horrified
