PATHETIC, **********, DONT EVER EVER USE THEM!!!

I really have never had such poor service from an online store before. I really should have done research and looked at reviews. We ordered 1 set of items on 4 December and we got absolutely no feedback. We tried getting hold of them but their phone either goes to voice mail or just doesnt go through. After FINALLY getting hold of them, they said Guaranteed we will get it early this week(23/24 December), as I told them this is a gift for my daughter for Christmas. Guess what, STILL NOTHING.

Its very sad because they really have a nice looking online store, but I dont see that they will be in business for too much longer, what a shame.

GUYS - Please DONT use this online store, they really are pathetic! I actually feel like they are *****ing our money because there is NO FEEDBACK, ignoring emails, calls and false lies! And Im seriously annoyed that my daughter now didnt get her Christmas present, after I was told "Rest assured, you will get it early next week" when I spoke to them online!
