Money back from Melhor purchase

On 4 Feb 2020 bought a medical appliance fromMelhor and paid R760 to Payfast. To cut a long story short it took only a few days to believe I had been conned. Never received goods and Melhor went incognito. Address on order confirmation turns out to be a townhouse complex. Went to bank who after some many weeks advised me to approach Payfast direct. This I did by phone. They then corresponded by email and asked first details and later copies of order, e-mails etc. The crux of the matter is that within 2 weeks of first approach my money had been refunded and was in the bank.
