Met their commitment

I ordered a gift for my son on 1 December which they obviously ordered from overseas. Apart from the total lack of communication, I do believe that they have good intentions but seem to lack the proper systems and management. On the occasions that I called, the people were courteous and my emails were responded to. after promising that I would receive my parcel in time for xmas, I was concerned when it had not arrived on 23rd but after emailing again, I received a tracking number and on the 24th called the courier service and was informed that they would be collecting and delivering that day. Indeed, my package arrived that afternoon. Well done melhor for meeting your commitments albeit cutting it fine. A
