Melhor orders is throughing money in water - they don't deliver

Don't waste your money to order. Just throwing your money in the water. Placed an order 18 December 2019 and they confirmed payment and delivery would be within 7 to 10 working days. Nothing received in this time and no communication to indicate delay in delivery. When contacting them received response 13 January 2020 indicating delivery by 17 January. To date 25 January 2020 still no delivery and no response to my emails.
