Highly disappointed!

I placed an order on the morning of the 4th of Jan. T & C say delivery between 7-10 working days. When i enquired about my delivery on the 6th day or so i received a very snooty reply about delivery being 7-10days and i would receive notification when its out for delivery. Today is the 9th working day, no notification and when I sent a mail again I was not even graced with a reply, so much for their T&C's and the level of service and professionalism. My order was small but it was also a test to see how they operate or function so that should i receive the service I'm receiving it would not be that much of a loss. Needless to say i will never use them again nor do I recomend them to anyone.
