False advertising and non-response

I ordered toys on 10 Dec for my kids hoping they would arrive before Christmas.

The order status has not changed in 10 days and when I follow up with them, I get vague emails back saying that their "Sales Department" will call me - but I've had no contact. Not sure why they have to call me when an email would suffice. They say goods should be delivered in 7 to 10 working days but can't even tell me the status of my order after 10 days.

This appears to be a false website ******** people and not living up to the terms communicated on their website. None of their phone numbers work either.

Its sites like this that give eCommerce a bad name! Melhor should not be allowed to trade if this is how they operate.
