Clueless on how to conduct business

Placed an order with them got part order delivered but the bulk of the order they notified me was out of stock and they would refund me this took about 5 weeks and then they refunded me for the goods I received which was R720.00 less than what they owe me.

They hardly respond to my emails and the few that have makes no sense prior to receiving the refund but ever since notifying them of the short fall on refund not a single response.

Phone support is non existent on voicemail.
