Beware of making purchase online with Melhor

Bought an item online from Melhor. No communication regarding the progress of the delivery. I was advised that I would get a tracking number from their courier service. Asked for courier name & contact number- did not receive anything. Requested a refund but did not get any response. Pathetic service, and also appear to be ********s.
