They promise the best online shopping experience. Not only did they deliver 2 weeks later than promised they also sent me the incorrect size shatterproof watch glass and have to date not collected the incorrect item or delivered the actual item that I ordered and paid for a month ago. Neither their contact center nor management has kept to their promises. A total nightmare experience that has still not been resolved
