Absolutely POOR service and no delivery.

I ordered an item on 04 Oct 2019. The website indicated delivery within 7-10 working days. After following up on the progress, an email response indicated a tracking number will be supp**** within 7-10 working days. Following up on the progress on 18 Oct 2019, with great difficulty as no one answers the phone - ***, I was informed that delivery will take place the next week. I suggested collection at their offices only to be advised that they are only administrators. What poor, poor service. This site is NOT RECOMMENDED!
