On the 13 Feb I placed an order and paid R1200 to the owner by the name of Mel Phungo. She informed me that it was the Chinese holiday and she was unable to get her stock(End of Feb). No communication with regards to my delivery until I approached her and she informed me that she will be picking up stock on the 5 March and promised to send it to me. She than went further in telling me that she does not have what I requested but I should take something else. On the 15 March she than informs me that it is raining and the courier service does not do deliveries in that weather, i requested my money back from her and she assured me that on the 28 March my money would be in my account. I queried it and she informed me that she has other things to do. Till date she has not made any payment or delivery. She is extremely hostile and very rude and has this don’t care attitude, which in my opinion is ********* especially when you are in the business field.
