this lady is a *****. she sells clothes and shoes on instagram. i wrote to her about two items that i liked. she said they were available in stock and would take two days to deliver. i paid her on the 5th feb and she promised delivery would be done on the 8th february. I sent her the proof of payment and address for the delivery. on friday the items were not delivered and when i called her she said she doesnt know when the courier will deliver but they have collected the items. On monday 11th i wrote to her about my things and she ignored my messages and didnt answer when i called her. i then told her i would report her to the police and she said she would send the things by friday 15th. she even sent me a courier booking from online booking which to date they have been to her address and she is not there or not answering her phone. she doesnt answer my messages or calls. i just want my money back or can we please stop her before she does this to many others
