Very poor service

I have rented a home through this agency. I gave notice after a while which they accepted. They were also happy with outgoing inspection and said they will pay back the deposit. I have since been struggling to get back my deposit from them. They dont deny they owe it but it has been 25days and everytime I ask them when it will be paid in they have an excuse. I have paid R1500 cancellation fee even though they found new tenants yet they cant do a simple thing like paying over a deposit. This unacceptable.
