Paid for wedding photos but no delivery

The photographer demanded full payment at least 2 days prior to the event. We had to wait 2 months for the photos and are now waiting six months for the photo book. The photographer refuses to answer her phone, refuses to read the whatsapp messages, although she is online on whatsapp. She is turning my daughters special day in something bad
