Lack of lawyer responses

I have been handed over by a school to theses lawyers in 2019, being in communication with them and told them I lost my job and cannot pay the balance of the school fees owed to them, they blatantly refuse to answer my emails. I have sent about 10 already and they do not get back at all. I am deeply disappointed that they cannot even answer an email. As a single parent I will never be able to pay the last amount off, they also never gave me the latest statement, the amount I owed in the beginning (R19000+) still shows on my credit score. :(
