WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT

Contacted the dealership as I was interested in the Ford Fiesta 1.4 Ambiente. I was very satisfied with the sales person (Mr Louis Janse Van Rensburg), he was of great assistance. But the person responsible for the finance (Ms Chantel Thoma) ******ed everything up. On Monday (07 December 2015) I received an email to inform me that finance has been approved. In the email she gave me a breakdown of the figures that will be in the contract/final quote (term, installment, interest).I was then informed that I can collect the car the following day (08 December 2015),with all the relevant documentation, including proof of insurance policy. I took time out of my busy day to go collect 'my newly purchased car', only to read the contract and notice that the figures has increased dramatically.The final quotation that was sent to me the previous day and what was written on the contract that I was suppose to sign, differed dramatically. In my opinion,it looks like a strategy that was used, and it was expected that I would make a decision under pressure, luckily for me I did not. To top it off, insurance was deducted, and I am struggling to get a refund. What a waste of time,money &amp
