Unsatisfactory feedback of claim

On 2014-08-16 my mazda2 was serviced by barlowworld ford/mazda n1 city where my headlight was replaced under the warranty.<br> On 2015-08-14 I noticed that my indicator cover on the inside of the headlight, sealed unit, was detached. I went to mekor tygervalley( Ruth tel: ***) as according to me and weny at fird n1 city there is a 12 month or 12000 km guarantee on replaced parts and labour.<br> According to the person at mekor mazda there is no guarantee on parts replaced under the warranty...<br> This is unacceptable as it is a sealed unit and that any part replaced does have a guarantee.<br> According to Ruth at Mazda Tygervalley there is nothing more they can do in this regard.<br>
