Unreasonable handling fee

<p>We paid R12k for a new clutch flywheel but never took delivery of the part as we decided to sell the vehicle. Honda Sandton initially refused to refund us for the part despite it never being touched by us and was still new in the box. After numerous calls to Honda SA, they advised they would refund us but would charge a R6,000 handling fee!</p> <p>I would add that we have been loyal Honda owners since 2008 and have just purchased another Honda from another dealership. </p> <p>Methinks this smacks of sour g****s! </p>
