Still waiting....

<p>So after my previous post, Mekor Ford called literally 15 minutes later stating that they would have my car by Monday, it is now Tuesday and BOOM! I'm still waiting and guess what still no call to even update. So now further steps, FORD South Africa to complain about their pathetic service and about the consultant Shaun Pharoah. The worst part is that I now have to explain to Wesbank as to whats happening because Ford was suppose to do my settlement, they did say pay it so long and we will refund you but really now, what is the chance of that happening if they can't even have a car delivered for a client after 4 weeks. I'm a manager for a sales team, I know how rough it can get but I will never allow anyone in my team to treat a customer like this. It's pathetic and they don't even have the decency to apologise. Clearly hellopeter is no threat to them.</p>
