Poor Service Etiquette

I took my husband's car in for service this morning and arrived at Honda Sandton on William Nicol at 06h45am. It was dark outside. I was the third customer there and parked behind the other two cars. I went to the front door and it was locked. I saw the receptionist and she looked away and ignored me. I waved my arms and she mimed that they only open at 7am. I had to sit in my car in the dark and where there was no controlled access and no security. She however allowed the two other customers in to sit in their waiting area and have coffee. When the doors were finally opened I went in and asked the two men sitting inside and they confirmed they were customers. I have heard of many incidents where people have been ****** while waiting so early in the dark at service departments. I as a women was made to wait outside while she let two men onside. How absurd. Obviously my safety is of no consequence. I would not have wanted to be served, I merely wanted to park my car and wait inside where it was warm and safe. This is not the first time she has been less than helpful with me. When I came in previously she ignored me and left her desk while I stood there waiting to be helped. I didn't complain then. She lacks service etiquette. Note this is the morning receptionist.
